Message Seriously though....are you going to run hi-temp/track compound pads? If so, use the wheels you don't mind ruining for track, and the ones you prefer the looks of on the street. From what I understand, track pad dust turns to cement if it gets wet and dries on the wheels.

Could be a problem in OK with those out-of-nowhere thunderstorms unless you are prepared to swap pads and wash/clean the wheels prior to driving home. Just something to consider.
